If you are using Meettrics as a team, you have been probably assigned to your team. Check out which teams you have been added to by clicking on ‘Team settings’ in the left-handed menu bar.
The teams you have been added to appear in the column under ‘Teams’ as shown in the image at the right.
In the image above, you have been assigned to the teams ‘Development’ and ‘Customer Success’
At this section you can view all recent bookings of each team member part of this team. The bookings displayed are meetings set up via the Public Booking Portal. Meetings scheduled via the Private Portal or Invitations have been excluded from this overview.

There are various ways to include your team members in setting up a meeting. To do so, it is important you first add your team members’ calendar to the meeting template of interest. After you choose between our different types of group scheduling in the section ‘Other organizers’:
Multiple
Round Robin
Availability

Creating a team is part of our free and paid plans. If you want to create more than one team, we advise you to check out our paid plans.
Creating a team is simple and fast. Navigate to teams by clicking on ‘Team settings’ in the left-handed menu bar. After, at the bottom of the page you hit the ‘Add a team’ button and create a new team. Insert a name of the new team and done!
