What are meeting templates?

Meeting Templates are the rules you set up for a specific type of meeting, think of your availability, the duration of a meeting, and synced calendar syncing. Each meeting template is linked to a booking page. These booking pages can be displayed at your public and private portals by enabling the meeting templates.

How do I access meeting templates?

We provide all of our members with unlimited meeting templates unlike other calendar providers. To access your meeting templates, navigate to ‘Meeting Templates’ under ‘Your Profile’ in the left-sided menubar or directly go to this page. To set up a new meeting template, hit the ‘new meeting template’ button.

Template details

Template details contains the basic information about the template.

Name: This is the name of the meeting that will be displayed on the booking page.

Base timezone: This is the default timezone that will be displayed when a guest is scheduling.

Calendar Event name: This is the name of the event that will appear on your calendar once the booking has been set up.

Toggle: This toggle that shows if the booking page linked to this meeting template is displayed at your booking portals.
