Public Booking Link

• Your Public Booking Link, is the url you can share with clients, colleagues and others stakeholders to schedule meetings. Your Public Booking Link directs visitors to your Public Booking Portal.

Public Booking Portal

• Your Public Booking Portal gives the visitor an overview of the available Booking Pages. The visitor can choose between the Booking Pages available in your Public Booking Portal.

Private Booking Portals

• Private Booking Portals are not the same as your Public Booking Portal, as Private Booking Portals are only accessible via specific links.

Booking Page

• Your Booking Page configures with a Meeting Template and shows the visitor your availability for a specific meeting. The visitor can schedule a meeting that matches one’s availability by booking a time slot in the Booking Page.

Meeting Template

• In a Meeting Template you set up the rules for your availability for a specific type of booking, e.g. an intake with a new client (Intake). Want to learn more about setting up your Meeting Template? Check out this page.

Photo Collection

• A Photo Collection is a set of pictures that you collectively attach to a Meeting Template. Subsequently, the images part of the collection are displayed at a Booking Page.
