Within your personal booking portal, visitors can choose between booking pages.

#How do I manage the booking pages displayed in my booking portal?

You can change the booking pages displayed in your booking page by enabling or disabling booking pages.

@ Meeting Templates: You find the booking pages linked to your booking portal. Click on the booking page of interest and use the ‘Enabled in portal’ toggle to hide or view the booking page in your portal.

#How do I set up a new booking page in my booking portal?

If you want to add a new booking pages to your booking portal, you create a new booking template. Navigate to ‘Your Dashboard’ and click on ‘Meeting Templates’

@ Meeting Templates: You find the booking pages linked to your booking portal.

Add a new meeting template by clicking on ‘New meeting template’ to create a new booking page for your booking portal.

Fill out the details to set up your new template and make sure to hit the ‘enable’ toggle to instantly sync the new meeting template into a new booking page in your portal.

#What is the difference between blocked and synced calendars?

In a Meeting Template you find all the calendars that are synchronised with your Meettrics account.

@ Meeting Templates: Under ‘Calendar options’ you find two columns: blocked and synced calendars. The selected blocked calendars give input for the booking link; meaning you cannot schedule meetings at times when that calendar has events.

On the other hand, the selected synced calendars use the output from the booking link; meaning the scheduled event with you Meettrics’ booking link appears in those calendars.

#How do I change the image collection displayed at a specific booking page?

You can changes the image displayed at a booking page in two different ways.

@ Photo Collections: You find the diverse set of photo collections you’ve created and named. Here you can create a new photo collection or add a new image to an existing template.

@ Meeting Templates: You find the booking pages linked to your booking portal. You change the images displayed at a booking page by selecting another photo collection under ‘Image collection’.

#How do I sent an invite to a specific person?

Click on ‘Send a meeting invitation’ in your dashboard.

@ Send a meeting invitation: You can send an invitation per e-mail. Fill out the details and click on ‘Send now’. The recipient will receive the invite in one’s inbox. If you want to invite the recipient to a shared (group) meeting, make sure to add the other attendees to the Meeting Template selected.

@ Sent invitations: You find the invitations you have sent and their current status: (1) Sent (2) Viewed, and (3) Scheduled. Click on the ‘remind’ button to remind unanswered invites to ask them to schedule the meeting.

#How do I combine agenda’s for group scheduling?

After generating a Meeting Template, you can add other attendees to the Meeting Template by clicking on ‘Manage’ under ‘Other organizers’. Follow the following steps for group scheduling.

@ Meeting Templates: You find the booking pages linked to your booking portal. Click on the Meeting Template of interest to add an extra attendee.

@ Other organizers: You can choose how you want to organize the meeting linked to the Meeting Template; (1) Individual (2) Multiple (3) Round Robin or (3) Availability.

@ Manage organizers: You can add attendees to the Meeting Template.
