Access the overview of all employees by navigating to ‘Company settings’ in the left-handed menu bar. After you click on ‘Employees’ - below ‘Stats’ - the overview of your employees will appear.

The green dot in the top left corner of each employee can either be blue or green. Blue means that the employee has been invited to your company in Meettrics. However, in this case the invite hasn’t been accepted yet. Conversely, A green dot means the employee has accepted the invite and set up an accountant that has been added to your company in Meettrics. If you hover over the green dot, a message will appear saying “Member is active”.

Company admins and team managers can invite employees to Meettrics via two different routes: Invite only or open signups.
Invite only: Invite only allows for team members to join via an e-mail invite from a company admin or team manager. How? Navigate to ‘Company settings’ in the left-handed menu bar and click on ‘Employees’. In the top right corner a button ‘Add’ will appear. Click on it and fill out the details like below. Hit the ‘Save’ button to send the invite per mail to your colleague.
Adding a team member to your Meettrics environment for group scheduling.
Open signups: Open signups allows anyone with your companies’ specified domain suffix to sign up (e.g. @meettris.com). How? Company admins can navigate to ‘Meettrics settings’ in the left-handed menu bar and click on ‘Company Settings’. Enter the email domain to help us accept your colleagues for you and choose ‘Allowed’ for the Open signups.
