#How do I create a team?
Go to ‘Team Dashboard’.
@ Team Dashboard: You find all the teams you either manage or are part of. To add another team, click on ‘Add a team’ and write down the name for the new team.
#How do add team members to a team?
Go to ‘Company Dashboard’.
@ Company Dashboard: You find all the employees part of your company. To add another team member, click on ‘Add employee’ and fill out the details. The team member will receive an invite in one’s inbox.
#How do I join a team?
You cannot add yourself to a team without permission.
@ Team Dashboard: You find all the teams you either manage or are part of. Please ask your team member to add you to right teams.
What types of meetings can we organize as a team?
You can choose between three types of meetings when organizing a meeting with a group: (1) Multiple (2) Round Robin or (3) Availability.
@ Multiple: Make sure everybody is available for the meeting scheduled with the Meeting Template. Combine agenda’s from all selected attendees to let someone schedule a collective meeting.
@ Round Robin: Make sure to divide the responsibility to organize meetings. Add attendees to the Meeting Template to rotate the ownership of hosting meetings.
@ Availability: Make sure to schedule a meeting as fast as possible with anyone added to the Meeting Template. Combine agenda’s to maximize optional timeslots and let someone schedule a meeting with the first one available.
How do I set up group scheduling for my team?
After generating a Meeting Template, you can add other attendees to the Meeting Template by clicking on ‘Manage’ under ‘Other organizers’. Add a team to the Meeting Template to generate a booking link for your team.
Follow the following steps for group scheduling.
@ Meeting Templates: You find the booking pages linked to your booking portal. Click on the Meeting Template of interest to add an extra attendee.
@ Other organizers: You can choose how you want to organize the meeting linked to the Meeting Template; (1) Individual (2) Multiple (3) Round Robin or (3) Availability.
@ Manage organizers: You can add attendees to the Meeting Template. Add the team to the Meeting Template to generate a booking link for your team.
