What are shared Meeting Templates?

Shared meeting templates have been shared with you by others. This means you are co-organizer of a meeting, and added to a meeting template to ensure your availability is taken into account when setting up the meeting.

As co-organizer of a meeting, you are also co-owner of the meeting template. This means you have similar rights as the creator of the meeting template, to edit and alter the meeting template shared with you. As co-owner of a meeting template you can edit almost all settings, expect for the title of the event and the photo collection displayed at the booking page.
