Meettrics is built to be a customizable and flexible scheduling platform so we hope we can cover all the use cases soon! We’re just starting out and our lifetime deal won’t last forever!
And now, what everyone has been waiting for, the product update for forms and payments! We wanted to ensure we heard many requirements before building this too quickly. But now we are done the planning for these features and ready to share!
A quick aside, we strive to be different at Meettrics. Our strength is we are a company led by builders first. Some of what is shared here is going to be very early stages of our process. It may be ‘too technical’ but our philosophy is to share everything. We’re always here to answer any questions you may have. We try to put a tldr on the technical bits as well.

This is completed on our end and now in the app review backlog. It could take up to the end of August but it depends on Zoom and their workload so we can’t 100% say for sure. We will make any updates needed as fast as possible if needed from our side but there is unfortunately no ‘beta’ version for zoom (unlike Hub and Zap) that allows you to utilize the integration in the mean time.
Forms is a feature that allows you to create questionnaires and collect responses from your bookings. It’s quite common in other calendar providers and has been on our radar since day 0. But we didn’t want to rush into this one and add it to simply check a box. We wanted to take a step back and look over the full flow.

We see forms offering a lot more than just collecting a few questions. Companies could use forms without scheduling. They could use forms internally or externally. Maybe they want to collect payments on forms without scheduling. The possibilities are endless with what could be done. Combined with our customization abilities, forms become one more way to showcase your brand.
Forms added to portals
Forms will be selectable to add to portals. You will be able to offer options and share a handy link to the portal. Leverage password protected portals to secure form submissions.
