All Meettrics members have a unique url that any external person can go to. This is called ‘Your public scheduling url’ as shown in the image below.
Your Public Scheduling Url can be edited in your Public Portal Settings
Your public scheduling url sends visitors to Your Public Booking Portal. There, your visitors have an overview of the available booking pages to set up meetings with you. By default we have already set up two booking pages in your public booking portal: a 30 minute meeting ánd a 60 minute meeting. However, you can customize your booking page to create the best look and feel your services!

To customize your Public Booking Portal, you navigate to 'Public Portal' under 'Your Profile’, or simply click on this link. At this page navigate to the section ‘Portal Customization’, where you can find a variety of elements to customize your public booking portal:
The alignment of your booking pages
A title
A subtitle
Photo’s displayed

The number of booking pages displayed in your public booking portal are not altered from your public portal settings. The option to display a booking page is arranged in the meeting template of a booking page. To add or delete booking pages displayed in your public booking portal, we advise you to use the toggle in the meeting template of these booking pages:
