Although the landing page of Booking Portals look quite similar to the Public Booking Portal, Private Booking Portals are different! While the Public Booking Portal is accessible via one public url, the Private Portals are only accessible via specific urls.
That is why private portals allow different collections of meeting templates for sharing to smaller groups of people. Make a portal for an upcoming webinar and only send the link to the people you invite to ensure a smooth booking process. Or use the private portals for non-business related meetings like shown in the image below:
Select meeting templates to display at the private portal
The portals imagery can be customized for that event type or target group of people. Following the example above, your private portal can look like this;
