What are Meeting Invitations?

Meeting invitations are e-mail invitations sent to the person you’re trying schedule a meeting with. When sending a meeting invitation from your Meettrics Dashboard, the person of interest will receive an e-mail similar to the one below:

Once the recipient clicks “schedule now”, they will be send to the booking page connected to the selected meeting template.

How do I send a Meeting Invitations?

Navigate to ‘Send a meeting invitation’ in the left-sided menu and fill out the details of the recipient. Add a message and select the meeting template to set up the right meeting.

Did you forget to create a meeting template? Now worries, you can set up a new meeting template directly from the invitation form. Just select “Create a new meeting template”.

Once you’re done, hit the “send now” button and view your invitation being sent (right image).

Where can I find the Meeting Invitations sent?

Navigate to ‘Sent Invitations’ in the left-sided menu and find the invitations you’ve sent. Following the example above, you see Maggie McDaniels viewed our invitation, but didn’t schedule a meeting yet. Just hit the “remind” button to send out a reminder to the recipient of the meeting invitation.
