Meettrics connects directly to Hubspot to create contacts and meetings automatically from your bookings. This allows you to easily track your booking and meeting activity in your CRM and marketing analytics. Meettrics can connect to multiple HubSpot accounts.
When a meeting is booked, we will first find all the contacts that match that email. If no contact exists we will add it for the email address and name the person booking entered. We will then create a meeting record and associate the contact to the meeting.

If HubSpot is configured at a top level, it will enable it for all of your templates. It can be configured at an individual meeting level as well for more flexible handling of which meetings get sent to HubSpot.
